Marketing Coordinator



Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team with daily operations.


Required Skills & Experience for Marketing Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work on projects for multiple industries and brands.
  • Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


Accountabilities for Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support the Marketing team with day-to-day operations including documenting takeaways from daily meetings, managing call tracking software, utilizing document filing system for all assets, etc.
  • Assist in managing the marketing queue with new requests and open projects.
  • Coordinate the production on final deliverables.
  • Coordinate the creative assets, proofing and QA process, and final deployment of campaigns.
  • Follow through on all details of marketing programs.
  • Assist Marketing Managers and Project Managers with needs in marketing efforts.
  • Review invoicing as needed and confirm timely submission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


General Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
