Regional Sales Director
CSIG Holding Company
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for coaching, training, developing and providing direction to a team of 8-10 Community Specialists in order to successfully achieve performance objectives across all Communities. This role requires strong leadership acumen in addition to effective coaching and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required to ensure effective and timely interactions across functional areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
