Overview:

Digital Content Coordinator will work directly with Marketing Analytics and Effectiveness and the production team to create engaging content, guide customers and grow our following. The Digital Content Coordinator owns the success of social media performance. The Digital Content Coordinator will plan, measure and report on the performance of all social media campaigns and evaluate the return on investment. They watch and track social media trends and research new platforms, as well as competitors’ activities and results. They oversee all social media marketing engagement and campaign activities, track and enhance the customer journey, respond to every social media message and ensure brand consistency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce brand standards, identify market opportunities, and develop social media strategies with specific objectives across different platforms
  • Own the plan and lead social media campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal and agency support and driving collaboration.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and new social media strategies, complete with formal presentations and recommendations on tactics
  • Create and deploy posts for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter and more
  • Write creative and engaging captions for posts and ads.
  • Write press releases for earned media opportunities.
  • Engage with site teams and local media outlets to promote media stories.
  • Respond and engage with all comments and messages.
  • Partner with internal teams to gain appropriate responses for direct messages and social posts.
  • Partner with onsite community Life Enrichment teams on content posts, responses and connection with the local communities.
  • Create Instagram stories including polls, questions, and surveys.
  • Design and develop lead generation and ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness across multiple platforms (Primarily Facebook)
  • Partner with sales teams and applications support to upload all new social media leads to the CRM and partner with sales to ensure qualification and next steps.
  • Manage and report Facebook ads to assure performance and goal standards are met
  • Manage Sprout Social: our foundational social media management program.
  • Create and edit videos for social platforms and digital use.
  • Provide training for all new hires on social media use and best practices.
  • Develop new Facebook pages for new communities and rebrand existing pages from acquisitions.
  • Partner with Facebook on an ongoing basis to ensure quality performance.
  • Stay on top of social media trends including new platforms, campaigns and best practices.
  • Manage social media budgets with a decline tracker and burn report

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports
  • Experience in Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking in a digital forum
  • Experience with Sprout Social is a plus
  • 1-3 years social media experience with brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Maintains confidentiality
