Common Sail Investment Group holds a portfolio of companies for which our Shared Services Group provides support of core business solutions designed to elevate people, processes, and systems.
We are looking for an experienced Applications Operations Manager to lead and develop our team of 8 business systems analysts including our Help Desk support team. Considering our Employee First culture, it is important to understand their needs and provide strategic growth opportunities aligned with current or newly developed skills.
The Applications Operations Manager will additionally be responsible for aligning internal resources with external consulting partners to drive solutioning for business needs. This requires the ability to build relationships with our business leaders and bring the right resources to solutioning of system selection, enhancement and support.
As we embrace the constant pursuit of better in identifying solutions for our businesses, we manage multiple projects at a time. This requires strong Organizational and Project Management experience, including effective communication of project expectations including timelines, stakeholder participation, and definition of successful outcomes.

General Working Conditions:
This position entails sitting for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
