Position Summary:

Required Experience for Human Resource Generalist II:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4-5 years of related experience required
  • Experience providing employee relations support for multiple locations
  • Experience in investigation of employee relations concerns and ability to recommend effective solutions to resolve problems
  • Ability to make decisions independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.



  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of company culture and core standards.
  • Designs and administers human resource policies and procedures.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment etc. to help make recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolves basic to mildly complex Employee Relations issues with minimal oversight.
  • Prepares internal employee communications with oversight
  • Resolves basic employee relations issues and concerns independently.
  • Works closely with HRBPs to create training materials and courses with L&P team.
  • Facilitates training for site leadership, as needed.
  • Assists HR Business Partners with projects as needed

General Working Conditions:

This position entails standing for long periods of time.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.  The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.  This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.  The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.  Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
