Position Summary:
The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring successful new client experience and technical implementation by providing end-to-end oversight of client implementations. He/she will collaborate internally to achieve success.

Required Experience for Implementation Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited four-year college or university. May consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience.
  • 2 plus years’ hands-on experience in project management. 
  • 2 plus years’ hands-on experience working in HRIS or similar technical experience.
  • 2 Plus years’ working directly with clients in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated time-management skills, ability to multi-task and maintain multiple projects on track at once.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Logical and critical thinking in order to apply attainable technical solutions and consult on business problems.
  • Curiosity to learn and become an expert on multiple technical HRIS platforms.
  • Understands the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining the integrity of data in Human Resource Systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Payroll, Benefits and HR experience preferred 
  • Experience working with HRIS and Time keeping platforms or other ERP systems such as (PrismHR, HRP, NOVAtime). 


Primary Responsibilities for Implementation Specialist:

  • The Implementation Specialist actively supports our culture, our pillars and 1440.
  • Strong desire to become an expert in creating the absolute best new client experiences.
  • Responsible for project management of new client implementations and/or data conversions migrations.
  • Design, develop, implement, support, and test HRIS systems, including interface files and scheduled reports. In addition, troubleshoot, identify and correct technical issues.
  • Responsible for implementation of complex clients
  • Create, modify, develop and keep system documentation updated.
  • Provide technical support and guidance as well as training on new systems and processes to end users and administration.
  • Assist with establishing and implementing short and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
  • Provides technical support internally and for clients.
  • Some travel may be needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
