  • Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.  This individual will be involved with the onboarding process as it relates to processing paperwork, communicating with Hiring Leaders, Recruiting team, HR, and Candidates.  They will also be responsible for applicant tracking and be expected to assist in overall process development. 

     

    Required Experience for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or nearing completion of degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
    • Previous work experience in sales or customer service preferred
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative
    • Planning and organization skills
    • Displays a positive attitude and work ethic
    • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail

    Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

    • Monitor the internal email system for new hire information on a daily basis
    • Generate offer letters, track documents, and establish a repeatable process
    • Communicate with Talent Acquisition Group, Hiring Leaders, Human Resources Team, and candidates in order to coordinate a successful onboarding initiation
    • Assist candidates throughout the initial onboarding process to ensure a 1440 experience
    • Clerical support and data entry into Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS
    • Work toward continual improvement of the overall organization
    • Contribute to the optimization of our culture by modeling high performing behaviors and building healthy relationships that strengthen our TEAM
    • Various tasks as assigned
