    Position Summary:

    The Lean Six Sigma Analyst will work with business leaders and employees of the various functions to support sustainable process documentation and improvements through application of the Continuous Improvement, Change Management and Project Management concepts and tools.

     

    Required Experience for Lean Six Sigma Analyst:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of data analyst experience
    • 5+ years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management
    • Ability to use data, reports, metrics and business intelligence to tell a story, drive performance and inform critical decisions
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
    • Acute attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
    • Prosci Change Management practitioner certification, obtained within first 6 months
    • Effective organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

     

    Accountabilities for Lean Six Sigma Analyst:

    • Laser focus on root cause identification, problem solving and continuous improvement
    • Partner with Constant Pursuit of Better Director and practitioners, alongside Business Leaders to plan for and lead or co-lead Constant Pursuit of Better projects that eliminate waste and provide improved delivery of customer value
    • Assist in the education and mentoring of the practitioners in the Constant Pursuit of Better GSD Practitioner program
    • Provide automated solutions, reports, systems, processes, etc. to improve quality, quantity, or timeliness of output

     

    Other key Responsibilities for Lean Six Sigma Analyst:

    • Serve as Project Managers as needed for Acquisitions
    • Facilitate change management discussions, including the development of change management plans
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions as required by the business
    • Define, assist, and challenge the businesses assigned rocks
