    • Lead B2B marketing efforts for multiple businesses
    • Own lead generation and nurture campaigns on all channels
    • Develop and own marketing strategies and execution
    • Responsible for ROI evaluation and reporting

    Required Experience for a Marketing Manager:

    You must be able to develop and execute business to business marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition through marketing efforts and build brands through these channels.

    • At least 1-3 years in a results-focused marketing position with the majority of experience focused on B2B marketing
    • Experience analyzing web, email and campaign metrics
    • Experience with common social media platforms
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proof-reading skills
    • Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
    • Ability to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness
    • Organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results
    • Experience managing business metrics and measuring results
    • Ability to work collaboratively with digital and advertising agencies
    • Experience with marketing automation software, Pardot experience is a plus
    • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tool is a plus

    Primary Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

    • Develop and execute hyper targeted marketing campaigns for B2B targets
    • Customer acquisition and brand awareness: Leverage marketing strategies and tools to bring customers into the marketing funnel and utilize digital media and various channels to build brand awareness
    • Develop the B2B marketing scorecard, and track, analyze and report on the strategy, extracting insights that continuously inform the broader strategy––define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods
    • Manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Linkedin, YouTube, etc.
    • Manage Pardot marketing automation channel
