    Looking for a relentlessly curious, digital marketing obsessed, opened-minded person that has an insatiable appetite for learning, getting feedback and growing personally and professionally. Love of Google and their tricks, growth hacking for results and the opportunity to implement innovative, out-of-the-box ideas just to test them. The Digital Marketer will work with the Marketing Team to support all digital marketing requests. You will be responsible for updating the website, email campaigns and managing social media campaigns. You will also work with our digital agency on SEO/SEM initiatives and be responsible for pulling data from our analytics platform.

    • Lead digital marketing efforts for multiple businesses
    • Lead generation and nurture campaigns on all channels
    • Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Partner to execute strategies
    • Responsible for ROI evaluation and reporting

    Requirements for a Digital Marketer:

     

    You must be able to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition through digital marketing efforts and build brands through these channels.

    • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrated experience with both SEO and SEM practices
    • Ability to work collaboratively with digital and advertising agencies
    • Previous experience with email marketing, Pardot experience is a plus
    • Experience with marketing automation software, Pardot experience is a plus
    • Experience managing professional social media accounts in the B2B and B2C capacity
    • Knowledgeable in website content management, HTML, SEO and marketing analytics, Wordpress experience is a plus
    • Ability to identify key performance indicators for email marketing channels
    • Excellent communication skills and an overall ability to create clear and compelling communications orally and in writing
    • Proficient in Google Analytics or other web analytics programs is a plus
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time

    Accountabilities for a Digital Marketer:

    • Support the development of digital and social media activities
    • Internally own SEO and SEM campaigns while working collaboratively with outside agencies
    • Provide reports, analysis and insights into improving the effectiveness of campaigns
    • Report and analyze performance metrics and benchmarks, helping drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics
    • Achieve qualified leads targets for each business
    • Manage Pardot marketing automation channel

    Skills for Success:

    • Extensive SEO Knowledge
    • Keyword Campaign Management
    • Familiarity with SEO Tools: MOZ, SEMrush, etc.
    • Wordpress Knowledge
    • Ability to Write/Edit Content
    • Pardot Marketing Automation
    • Hyper Targeted Campaign Development
